KEMEI was initially Founded in 2000 and expanded it’s area in 2007 to 100,000 m2 with well-equipped workshop, office building, staff accommodation etc. New workshop has a great production capacity, allowing more than 15 production lines to work at the same time. All mechanical parts of KEMEI kiln are produced by our own factory, with consistent and strict quality control in both material and processing technology. And kilns are designed with our over 20 years of experience in kiln manufacturing and over 10years experience in Porcelain producing by ourselves, the combination of which is our unique strength in this industry. Looking ahead,KEMEI endeavors to build the largest base for the manufacturing, research, and development of ceramic kiln production equipment and its supporting equipment.
During the past years, KEMEI has established an professional technical team and an seasoned experienced construction team for the research, development and manufacturing of high energy-saving ceramic lines and machines for the production of household porcelain, sanitary ware and foam ceramic insulation board. We have 150 dedicated employees, including 26 research specialist staff, 21 seasoned program managers, and 45 professional engineers in the fields of thermal engineering, machinery and automatic control. We have also built long-term cooperation with well-known universities around the country.
