Foam ceramic
The foamed ceramic insulation wall material is a kind of closed-pore ceramic material with high porosity baked at high temperature (1150~1200℃) (bulk density 130~500 kg/m3, strength 0.6~5.0MPa, thermal conductivity of 0.050~ 0. 13W/m·K). It has light weight, high strength, low thermal conductivity, fire and flame retardant, waterproof and sound insulation, anti-aging, stable performance, good ecological and environmental protection, good compatibility with the wall base layer and surface layer, good safety and stability, and can be used for same life span with buildings. The product is suitable for building exterior wall insulation, fire barriers, building self-insulating materials, indoor partition wall panels, chemical pipeline insulation, industrial flue insulation, etc. The raw materials can be waste slag, fly ash, coal gangue, river sludge, fly ash, waste glass, ceramic polishing mud, shale, clay, granite, feldspar, and other tailings, etc. The reuse and excellent thermal insulation performance greatly reduce the energy consumption of buildings. At the same time, it is the first choice for building thermal insulation materials with the best overall performance, energy saving and safety among thermal insulation materials.
